Day 01 of 365 Writing Challenge
I am picking up this challenge to write about 150 to 200 words daily to improve my writing. No grammatical improvement tools like grammerly will be used while writing. I took this crucial step in order to write spontaneously whenever anything came upon mind. I will do it.
Day:1
Today is 10th June 2026. It is Wednesday. It has been 5 months I quitted gym. During the period of 100 days in gym, I lost about 10 kgs of weight. The achievement was commendable. The question might arise why I quitted the gym when it should be priority. Yeah. I know. It should be on priority but at the moment I thought I should focus on studying rather than gym. So, I started studying for the exam in June. During that period, I noticed a significant change in my mood, habit because of late night sleep, bad food habits, and doom scrolling. These doomed my daily life and my attential span. Anyways, I tried to be focus and prepare for my exam. I gave my exam. It was good, I thought up that I had done better in my own way. But, the nature of ADHD need a remedy. I will have to uproot it through a focused and single task lifestyle. I will have to meditate and practice gazed meditation to improve my focus to a certain extent.
It is day one and I am on my way to be a better person.
